ABOUT ISUM & iVCORE

+ The International Seminar on University Management (ISUM III) 2023 & International Volunteerism Corporate Responsibility (iVCORE II) is organised by Association of Administrative and Professional Officer of UniMAP (POTENSI) with collaboration Association of Malaysia Public University Administrator (MASTI)

+ In general, the role of Administrators, especially in Public Universities, is seen only as driving policies and policies in helping to manage governance in implementing university operations and initiatives. Therefore, there is no longer a term of limitation of roles and responsibilities for an Administrator only within the university community, rather it should be empowered when the needs of the external community need to be respected, especially in supporting the community sustainability agenda as contained in the SDG. A sustainable community needs to manage its human, natural and financial capital to meet current needs while ensuring sufficient resources are available for future generations. These wishes and hopes can be translated into the organization of the International Seminar on University Management or the International Seminar on University Management and the International Project of Corporate Social Responsibility. In this regard, public universities in Malaysia are very active in planning with proactive actions by emphasizing the aspect of close cooperation between the corporate sector and the government in an effort to achieve the country's socioeconomic balance. The combination of these two important entities is seen as a pioneer and the main prerequisite for realizing the national mission and improving the well-being of the Malaysian and International community. In this regard, public university administrators can play a role in various fields including aspects of education, health, environment and economy through available community channels. In short, if this responsibility is realized with pure and fair intentions, it will certainly provide a thousand and one benefits to the global community.

+ The aim is to provide a platform to administrators, professionals, government agencies, NGO's, researchers, academicians and industries to share and generate interest in sharing about the role in realizing corporate social responsibility for the benefit of the global community, create a strategic network between University Administrators and the international community in various aspects of cooperation based on education and community development.
